Oliver Valvetek Limited manufactures an excessive range of Hydraulically Actuated Subsea Gate Valves, from 1/2″ nominal bore to 1″ nominal bore. Hydraulically Actuated Gate valves typically have an operating cold working pressure rating up to 15,000psi [1,034bar] and an operating temperature range of -20F [29c] to +311F [+155c]. Dependant on the actuator rating, Oliver Valvetek Gate Valves have a hyperbaric water depth rating down to 10,000ft [3,050m]. We offer a full range of Shallow water, Medium water and Deep Water Hydraulic Gate Valves for use in the Oil, Gas and Petrochemical sectors.
Hydraulically Actuated Subsea Gate Valves provide end users with Tungsten Carbide (HVOF) hard facing technology giving a metal to metal seat sealing isolation and low flow restrictions for applications such as chemical injection lines on Christmas trees and manifold structures. Valves are typically supplied in Corrosion Resistant Alloys such as Inconel 625 and 25Cr Super Duplex stainless steel.
The Oliver Valvetek hydraulic gate valve range of through conduit slab gate valves are provided with hydraulically actuated fail to close or fail to open operation in the event of loss of hydraulic pressure communication. Actuated gate valves also offer manual override to allow for ROV intervention.
Oliver Valvetek Hydraulically actuated Gate Valves qualify its range of valves to the exacting standards of API 6A Appendix F PR2 and 17D 2nd Ed, all supported by Third Party Independent review and endorsement.
